Further 2010 results

Catching up on further results from 2010, David competed at the ADCC MTB Championships held in Canberra during November. The XC races in both sport and elite categories had the highest participation from the other racing whic included 4X and DH. After extensive training for his XC Elite entry into this particular event David unfortunately had to battle through a bout of the flu during the championships. He managed to place 6th in the Elite field against the ADF's best riders, many of which represent at state and national level. "The riders that won the class were crazy fast.... it was a good week, I've definitely got some training to do" were his comments about the weeks racing and his plans for 2011. David rides regularly with SCUM.

I would like to thank the World Solo guys for putting on an awesome display of athleticism, Greg Ryan from TWE, http://www.ridetwe.com.au/, for providing spare wheels for me to race with, Carmen's Fine Foods for their delicious and nutritious muesli bars and last but not least, Brian and Mel. Brian for putting in a huge effort to keep us in third and giving me the motivation to keep at it and Mel for helping out at the camp as required and without complaint also. Thanks heaps guys.
Cheers,
Michael Smith
